Rental Terms

Acceptance

By booking and making the first deposit, the guest acknowledges and accepts our rental terms listed below.

Rental Rates

All rates include taxes.

All rates and availability quoted are subject to change without notice until deposited & confirmed.

Rental Rates start at 175 $ nightly rate for Beach house Bloom (2 BR) and 290 $ Nightly for Casa Ka Lani (3 BR). Please contact us for a detailed quote for your dates or for longer term rates.

Included

  • Daily housekeeping from 8:00 to 2:00 pm
  • Laundry service
  • Check out cleaning fee
  • Daily breakfast preparation is included, with the food cost for the client.
  • Lunch or dinner chef is optional for Beach House Bloom at 50$ per meal, with the food cost for the client and for Casa Ka Lani at – 60$.
  • Shopping; we add 15% to the cost for this service.

Booking and payment

  • Nonrefundable deposit to book the house as a partial payment of the rent: 50% of the rental amount
  • The remaining balance of 50 % is due 15 days before the arrival date plus a refundable security deposit of 500 $ for Beach House Bloom and 750$ for Casa Ka Lani

Rental Policy

  • CHECK-OUT TIME: 11 am CHECK-IN TIME: 3 pm
  • Max occupancy Beach House Bloom 4 people, Casa Ka Lani 6 people
  • no smoking policy on the property
  • no pets allowed
  • no live music, parties, etc allowed
  • If you have a car, please use the parking place attributed to your apartment

Security

At your check-in you will receive your security renter card. Please have the security card always with you and it must be returned on check out. Lost security cards and keys we have to charge with 20 USD. The security personnel may at any time request anybody to present his / her security card, be it at the entrance or inside the development. Visitors of our guests need to register at the security gate and leave their ID to receive their visitor passes. This has to be done to keep our resort perfectly secured. No exceptions.

Liability waiver

Cabarete Luxury Rentals, the owners of the rental condos and / or its rental agent, its officers, servants, or employees cannot be held responsible for loss of mains services, or failure of appliances nor for the consequences of the actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control of Cabarete Luxury Rentals. Cabarete Luxury Rentals, the owners of the rental condos and / or its rental agent, its officers, servants, or employees cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing homes, or any noise as a result thereof on or around the community.

Cabarete Luxury Rentals, the owners of the rental condos and / or its rental agent, its officers, servants, or employees accept no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage or delay which is caused by events outside the homeowner’s control. For example adverse weather.
